Insurance
Insurance is accepted. If you’d like us to check to see if you have acupuncture coverage please send a photo of the FRONT and BACK of your INSURANCE CARD and DATE OF BIRTH. Once we have that information we will check your insurance for acupuncture coverage and get back to you asap.

$175 First Treatment (90 min)
$120 Follow Up (60 min)

Appointment Scheduling
If you’d like to schedule an appointment please list 3-5 dates and general time frames that work for you and we’ll get back to you with availability.

Cancellation Policy
24-hour Cancellation Policy: Please give 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel. All appointments canceled less than 24-hours will be charged the missed appointment fee.
