Your first visit includes a complete conversation about your main concerns and full health history. We also assess your tongue and pulse—two essential diagnostic tools in Chinese Medicine that provide insight into what your body needs.
You will always have space to ask questions and share anything that feels important.

A Gentle, Restorative Treatment

Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, sterile, and single use,
gently placed to create a comfortable and restorative treatment experience.
Most patients feel deeply relaxed, and many drift into sleep. Each session is personalized and may also include cupping, gua sha, moxa, or herbal support depending on what will best serve your healing.

A Quiet Moment to Reset

After the needles are placed, you will rest on a heated treatment table—warm, grounded, and fully supported— while your body settles into a calmer parasympathetic state. Many patients say this is their favorite part of the visit.
