Soho Acupuncture By Jen Becker is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and an out of network provider for other insurance plans, including, but not limited to: Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare. *Though we are In-Network with BCBS, certain plans do not include acupuncture coverage. 

Out-of-Network Insurance: If you have out-of-network insurance coverage, we offer the convenience of providing a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note that payment for each session is required at the time of your appointment. 

Verification: We offer insurance verification for acupuncture coverage. Kindly reach out to us at jen@jenbeckeracupuncture.com, providing your first and last name, date of birth, and images of both the front and back of your insurance card. Our team will respond with your coverage details in 1-2 business days. We kindly request that you share this information prior to your acupuncture appointment. 

*Please take note that payment is expected at the time of your visit for both In- and Out-of-Network insurance patients until your coverage has been confirmed and your annual deductible has been fulfilled.

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: We understand there are times you must change or cancel your appointments – and ask for the courtesy of 24 hours notice. The full appointment fee will be charged for any appointments not canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.Your timely notice allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another patient. 

For those covered by insurance for acupuncture, it’s important to note that late cancellations will still incur a charge. This policy is in place to ensure that appointment slots that become available due to cancellations can be utilized by other clients in need. Your understanding of this policy’s purpose is greatly appreciated.
